On January 5, Zhang Wenxue, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Yuntianhua Group, led a delegation to Guangdong Morion Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. for a research exchange on the application and development of graphene products. Lu Yingshuang, the group's financial director, and the head of the Group Office (Board Office) also participated.

At the R&D Center of Morion Nanotech located in Nexus Valley, Songshan Lake, Dongguan , Zhang Wenxue and his team visited the corporate exhibition hall, micro-testing platform, and new energy testing platform, among others, to gain a detailed understanding of the company's production and operation, product R&D, industry application development, and talent recruitment. They also held in-depth discussions and exchanges with the company's R&D and management teams.

Morion Nanotech founder and CTO Dr. Cai Jinming, CEO Zhao Hongzhong, COO Xie Wei, and other senior management teams introduced in detail the company's development philosophy, industry competitive advantages, and future goals. As well as the production and operation status, existing problems, and future development ideas of the joint venture between Yuntianhua and Morion Nanotech, Yunnan Yuntian Morion Nanotech, in the three years since its establishment.

Chairman Zhang Wenxue said that Morion Nanotech is focused on the R&D and application of graphene, with an internationally first-class scientific research team in the field of graphene. The future development prospects are broad, and the platform mechanisms for technological innovation and talent introduction are worth learning and reference for Yuntianhua. Chairman Zhang continued to point out that the joint venture established by both sides, Yuntian Morion Nanotech, has received much recognition in the industry since its establishment. We have full confidence in future cooperation. It is hoped that both shareholders will continue to increase guidance and support for Yuntian Morion Nanotech. Yuntianhua will increase support for Yuntian Morion Nanotech in terms of production management, R&D equipment, and personnel sharing of resources.
