The Morion® graphene microcavity thermal film combines heat dissipation and cushioning, boosting the cooling efficiency of Xiaomi's flagship phones and ensuring the device maintains optimal performance with consistent 'cool' output.
Morion® graphene microcavity thermal film features rich porous structures, excellent thermal conductivity, and compressible rebound properties. It was first innovatively applied in mobile phones in August 2023. The product's thermal conductivity reaches up to 70 W/m·K, surpassing the poor thermal performance of traditional foam materials (<1 W/m·K). It establishes a thermal channel between the heat source body and the heat dissipation component body, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and effectively improving phone cooling. This fills the gap in the 3C sector for multi-dimensional requirements of thermal materials. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra car seats feature an innovative 'black technology' heating product, the first of its kind in the industry, known as the Morion® pure phase graphene instant temperature control seat heater. This product offers a new instant warmth experience for drivers and passengers. Developed starting in 2022, Morion Nanotech's R&D team, after nearly three years of continuous optimization and iteration, successfully launched the first pure phase graphene heating material in the automotive industry that has passed reliability verification and been applied in vehicles.

The heating material used in the Morion® pure phase graphene instantaneous temperature control seat heating pad is a pure graphene phase heating film, which is composed of 100,000 layers of nanographene stacked in an orderly manner and has excellent properties of high flexibility, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity. When applied to car seats, the pure phase graphene heating pad demonstrates significant bend resistance, rapid heating efficiency, uniform heat distribution, and far-infrared radiation characteristics. The product significantly outperforms traditional convective heating methods and conventional heating materials in overall performance, making it suitable for heat dissipation in car seats and automotive components.
